Find a Project
Your second Chop Wood Carry Water task is to find a project. Read a book you’ve been wanting to finish. Fix that loose door. Start a garden. Start that piece of art. Make legos with your kids. Get groceries for your elderly neighbors.
Whatever.
But this is the time to find a project.
It’s important to not fall into stagnation because this is when our mind spirals. We need something that can become a moving meditation, which means something positive we can be fully present in.
