Move your body. Find a way to exercise. No one has the excuse of “I don’t have time” right now. Exercise and getting a sweat in will help your mind and your body. We can use this time to start experimenting with an exercise routine. Whether you like jazzercise or strength training or running: just start.

When health is a priority, you make it happen.

Healing your relationship with your body is the best first step to healing the relationship with yourself. Your body is the one thing you have to live with for life so you might as well make peace with it and enjoy the fun and pleasure it can offer you.
