Carosoul Services

All services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by Carosoul and Caroline McCandless, as well as the information set forth on the website (makingom.com and/or carosoul.com and/or carosoul.podia.com) are meant to help you identify the areas in your life and in your thinking that may be standing in your way. However, spiritual and intuitive coaching is not professional mental health care or medical care. If you feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek the help you need in the form of a professional counselor. Spiritual and intuitive coaching may augment your therapy but is not medical advisement, mental health care, or traditional therapy.

Carosoul Online Subscriptions

Cancellation

By signing up for a Carosoul Online Membership Subscription, you are agreeing to monthly automatic payments. You can cancel your Subscription to Carosoul Online Memberships at any time. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Subscription Fee. If you cancel your Subscription, it will be effective immediately. You may cancel your account once logged in under Billing.

No Refunds

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION OR PRODUCT. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-MONTH. If you choose to cancel your Online Subscription mid-month, your cancellation will be effective immediately. Carosoul and its owners, employees, and associates reserve the right to offer refunds, discounts, or other consideration in select circumstances at their sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.

Personal Services

“Personal Services” include but are not limited to Intuitive Readings, Remote Energy Healings, Alchemy Sessions, Private Events, Retreats, Workshops, and Group Guided Meditations.

Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your Personal Services mid-package or prior to redemption, your cancellation will be effective immediately and you are not guaranteed or obligated to a refund of any remaining unredeemed sessions.

You can cancel your Personal Services mid-package with a written notice to carosoul0@gmail.com with the final selection of one of the following choices:

• 1) You understand by cancelling mid-package, you are electing to forgo redeeming any remaining sessions without refund, credit, or prorating.
• 2) You are choosing to extend the redemption of any remaining sessions until the package expiration date.
• 3) You are transferring remaining sessions to a friend or loved one with the transferees’ name and contact information. (Only one transfer to one transferee is permitted per Personal Service.)

NO REFUNDS

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY CAROSOUL PERSONAL SERVICES. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR PERSONAL SERVICES THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-PACKAGE OR PRIOR TO REDEMPTION.

Carosoul and its owners, employees, and associates reserves the right to offers refunds, discounts, or other consideration in select circumstances at their sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.

Personal Services Scheduling

Remote Energy Healing and follow up will be received within 48 hours of purchase.

All other Personal Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of appointment time.

Personal Service Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to be eligible for a reschedule. Personal Service Sessions not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will not be eligible for a make up and will be deducted from the Personal Service Package total. If the client shows up late to a scheduled session, they are only guaranteed the remainder of their scheduled appointment time.

Each client is permitted one emergency session cancellation or no-show with no penalty. After this emergency cancellation or no-show is used, any scheduled sessions missed or no-showed, will be deducted from the Personal Services Package total.

Personal Services Expiration

PURCHASED SINGLE SESSION PERSONAL SERVICES LIKE INTUITIVE READINGS EXPIRE 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE IF NO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED BY THE CLIENT WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE DATE.

PURCHASED PERSONAL SERVICE PACKAGES LIKE ALCHEMY SESSIONS EXPIRE IN ENTIRETY 6 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE DATE WHETHER PACKAGE HAS BEEN STARTED OR NOT.

NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR PRORATES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY AND ALL UNREDEEMED EXPIRED PERSONAL SERVICES.

Transferred Personal Services are still subject to the original expiration date from the original date of purchase, not the transfer date. Any Transferred Personal Services unredeemed by the transferee before the original expiration date will still expire and be considered unredeemed expired personal services. No refunds, credits, or prorates will be provided to the transferee for the unredeemed expired personal services.

Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.

Privacy

Please be advised that the use of technology is not always secure. By signing up for a Carosoul Online Membership Subscription or Personal Services, you are accepting the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype, Zoom, and other technology.
